Las Locas Nightclub and Night Reserve use this website to provide event information, VIP table reservations, reservation payments, receipts, and venue communications. Information we collect may include your name, phone number, email address, selected event or reservation date, guest count, arrival time, table selection, package and add-on selections, occasion details, notes you submit, payment status, receipt records, and technical information such as browser, device, IP address, and timestamps generated when you use the site. We use Supabase to store venue configuration, reservation records, table availability, menu pricing, media references, and related operational data. Uploaded venue media may be stored in Supabase Storage. Access controls and database policies are used, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. Payments are processed through Stripe and, where enabled, Stripe Connect. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by this website. We may store Stripe identifiers, checkout status, payment totals, connected-account status, and receipt metadata so reservations can be confirmed and reconciled. Receipt and reservation emails may be sent through Resend or another email provider. Email delivery providers receive the information needed to send those messages, such as recipient email address, receipt number, reservation details, and delivery status. The site may use cookies, browser storage, and server-side session or request data to keep the reservation flow working, support admin tools, maintain draft venue settings, reduce duplicate payment/receipt work, and improve reliability. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the reservation platform, process payments, send receipts, host data, troubleshoot issues, comply with law, protect guests and the venue, or complete a transaction you requested. Privacy risks to understand: reservation notes and event details may include sensitive personal context if you choose to provide it; payment and receipt systems depend on third-party processors; administrators with venue access may view reservation and customer details; emails can be forwarded or accessed by email providers; and operational logs may temporarily contain technical request data.
